Trust is the foundation of meaningful coaching. Every conversation we have will always remain private and confidential, giving you a safe, judgment free space to share openly. I hold myself to the highest professional and ethical standards: your goals, challenges, and personal details will never be shared without your explicit permission.
This confidentiality allows you to bring your full self to the coaching process - honest, unguarded, and ready to grow - knowing your information is respected and protected at every step.
Payment Policy
A credit card is required to reserve your initial consultation. After that, while I do accept card payments, to help keep costs manageable as a small business, I kindly ask that future payments be made via Zelle or Venmo if at all possible.
Credit card processing fees add up quickly, and using these alternative methods allows me to keep my services accessible and focused on what matters most - your progress.

Sliding Scale Rates
I believe coaching should be accessible to everyone - not only those already making six figures. Sliding scale rates are available for students, nonprofit staff, and others with limited means. Please mention in your inquiry if this applies to you and we will find an option that works for you.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules change. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation is due to an emergency.
If you experience an emergency, please reach out directly - I handle those situations with compassion and flexibility.
