Reframe Your Thinking
Life, Wellness, and Nutrition Coaching

What is Coaching?
Life and Wellness Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership that helps you move from where you are to where you want to be - with greater clarity, consistency, and compassion.

My approach to coaching is holistic. That means we don’t just look at isolated goals - we look at your whole life. Your energy, your habits, your nutrition, your mindset, your schedule, your values. It’s all connected, and it all matters.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to:
-
Identify what feels out of sync or unsustainable
-
Clarify what thriving looks like for you (not anyone else)
-
Create small, doable action steps that align with your goals and energy
-
Build long-term strategies for wellness, not quick fixes
This is not about perfection or performance. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, more energized, and more like yourself - no matter what your starting point is.
Whether we’re working on life goals, burnout recovery, nutrition habits, or wellness routines, the process is always personalized and rooted in respect for your lived experience.
Coaching isn’t about me having all the answers - it’s about you uncovering the ones that actually fit your life.

If you're ready to reframe your thinking, reclaim your time and energy, and take realistic steps toward lasting change, coaching can help you get there - with support, structure, and space to grow.

Basic Nutrition Coaching
Basic nutrition support is included as needed in Life and Wellness Coaching sessions. This might involve assessing your diet to help maintain steady energy levels, or offering meal prep and planning ideas that fit your schedule and lifestyle. Healthy eating should support you - not burn you out.

Stand-Alone Nutrition Coaching
Stand-alone nutrition coaching offers a deeper, more comprehensive approach. We’ll begin with a full assessment, then explore strategies for nutrition education, meal planning, and behavior change. Whether your goal is overall health and wellbeing, body recomposition, muscle gain, or nutritional adjustments to support activity levels or hormonal changes, this service is designed for you.

Between sessions, you’ll also have access to messaging support for quick questions or fine-tuning your plan as challenges arise.

Group Classes

In addition to one on one Nutrition Coaching, I offer small group Zoom sessions designed for 4–12 participants. These interactive workshops provide an affordable, supportive, and engaging way to learn about nutrition while sharing ideas and experiences with others. Groups can choose from a Foundational Nutrition Course - covering balanced eating, portion awareness, sugar and processed foods, and meal timing - or select from specialized topics such as stable blood sugar strategies, high-protein eating, nutrition for stress management, or meal planning made simple. Each session blends practical education with actionable steps, ensuring you leave with tools you can start using immediately in your daily life.

The class will be 1 1/2 hours with 1/2 hour for questions - though this can be adjusted based on participants preferences with more time for Q&A if desired.

It also includes follow up with and handouts or relevant materials which might come up during the discussion and a month of follow up texts - if you have questions, just text me and we will figure it out!
